Refund Policy

All fees associated with player registration are non-refundable. If you anticipate a change in the eligibility (or availability) of your player after the start of the season (e.g. family moving out of the school district, etc.), you may contact the Hamilton Heights Youth Football League board of directors to discuss the situation. Should a situation arise that prohibits your player from participating (e.g. injury, etc.) you may contact the Hamilton Heights Youth Football League board of directors to discuss the situation.

All information collected by the Hamilton Heights Youth Football League for this program will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties.  Personal information will only be used to contact you for purposes of communication about issues pertaining to the Hamilton Heights Youth Football League.
